Christopher Cannon was born in Cleveland, Ohio. The lineage and plight of his family would have a tremendous impact on his identity and art; becoming an impetus to create sonic and visual representations for the voiceless. Prior to recording folk-inspired material, he released several rap and hip-hop projects under various aliases, often collaborating with longtime producer and friend Furface.
